Keira is cover of February issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK, to promote her new film ‘Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit‘ and she talks to Sophie Elmhirst about feminism, film and why she will never join Twitter.

“I think it’s great that the discussions are finally being allowed to be had [about feminism], as opposed to anybody mentioning feminism and everybody going, ‘Oh, f***ing shut up,’” says Keira Knightly, 28, in her cover interview with Harper’s Bazaar for the February Issue. “Somehow, it [feminism] became a dirty word. I thought it was really weird for a long time, and I think it’s great that we’re coming out of that.

Poise and Passion: Keira Knightley on the October Cover of Vogue

Keira is on the cover of the October edition of Vogue. She looks amazing in a beautiful new photoshoot shot by Mario Testino. Read the full article below, a preview of the cover and some outtakes have been added to the gallery.

A dramatic heroine in haute couture and in costume as Anna Karenina, Keira Knightley talks about her upcoming marriage—and playing the role of a lifetime.

Interview Magazine – April 2012

Keira Knightley is on the cover of the April 2012 issue of Interview magazine! A preview of the cover and a few shots from the photoshoot have been added to the gallery.

On liking to get lost in the movies like everyone else:
“I hate knowing too much when I’m going to the cinema. I don’t want to know that the actor has just gone through a divorce. I don’t want to know that the person is an alcoholic.”

On whether she thinks people can let go of her as a celebrity and focus on her as an actress:
“I think I’d be quite surprised if they could . . . I know with ‘A Dangerous Method’ people liked the spanking an awful lot. But I’m not quite sure. It’s weird, though, with the spanking. When we were in Venice, I didn’t get asked about it once . . . But in England, it was pretty much the only thing I got asked about. I’m not quite sure what that says about the English.”

Drawn from true-life events, David Cronenberg’s ‘A Dangerous Method’ chronicles the turbulent relationships between fledgling psychiatrist Carl Jung (Michael Fassbender), his mentor Sigmund Freud (Viggo Mortensen) and Sabina Spielrein (Keira Knightley), the troubled but beautiful young woman who comes between them. Into the mix comes Otto Gross (Vincent Cassell), a debauched patient who is determined to push the boundaries. In this exploration of sensuality, ambition and deceit set the scene for the pivotal moment when Jung, Freud and Sabina come together and split apart, forever changing the face of modern thought. ‘A Dangerous Method’ is set for release November 23rd in the US, and Febuary 10th in the UK.
